- correct errors and problems with the Eternal Digital Assets website;

- operate the upcoming Eternal Digital Assets Marketplace; and/or
- investigate disputes between users.

We are located in Canada and by submitting your data to us, if you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you are transferring your data outside of the European Economic Area. From time to time we may transfer data we store and use in the UK or the European Economic Area to locations outside the European Economic Area, some of which may have different data protection laws to the UK or the EU, or no data protection laws. In all such cases, we transmit such information only to entities that comply with this policy and applicable law.
Your personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary. We take reasonable industry-standard care in keeping all our data secure and in preventing any unauthorized access or unlawful use of it. All personal data that we store and process is handled strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, duplicates that of another user, or is otherwise objectionable, inappropriate, or poses a risk to EDA or any of the users of the site.
We use a number of industry-standard data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics. These collect certain information about you, such as your device’s IP address and browsing and usage behavior, and are used to allow us to track and monitor the traffic visiting the Eternal Digital Assets Website.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing (i.e. “opt-out”) by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of our marketing emails or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject ‘Unsubscribe’.
